امواج فراصوتی روشی نوین در استخراج ترکیب‌های گیاهی

چکیده

امروزه از عصاره‌های گیاهی به‌طور گسترده‌ای در صنایع دارویی، غذایی و بهداشتی استفاده می‌شود. نیاز مداوم جامعة بشری به استخراج ترکیبات مؤثر گیاهی سبب انجام پژوهش‌های گسترده‌ای در زمینة معرفی فرایند استخراجی کارآمدتر و اقتصادی‌تر شده است. برای استخراج ترکیبات فعال گیاهی روش‌های عصاره‌گیری متنوعی وجود دارد. روش‌های سنتی استخراج نظیر روش خیساندن و سوکسله به صرف زمان طولانی و مقدار حلال زیاد نیاز دارند، همچنین از لحاظ دمایی ایمن نبوده و سبب تجزیة تعدادی از ترکیبات می‌شوند. به‌همین دلیل تقاضای زیاد برای روش‌های عصاره‌گیری جدید با زمان کوتاه‌تر، میزان مصرف حلال کمتر و محافظ محیط زیست وجود دارد. در این مقاله به معرفی بیشتر فراصوت به‌عنوان یکی از روش‌های نوین در استخراج ترکیبات طبیعی گیاهان پرداخته می‌شود که نسبت به روش‌های متداول، کارایی بالاتر، کاهش زمان عصاره‌گیری و مصرف حلال را به‌دنبال داشته است.
