ارائه یک روش فرکانس پایین و دستگاه مربوطه به منظور اندازه‌گیری سرعت صوت در مایعات

چکیده

امواج صوتی از نوع امواج مکانیکی هستند که به کمک ارتعاش مولکول‌ها در سیالات جابه‌جا می‌شوند، از این‌رو سرعت صوت به پارامترهای عملیاتی از قبیل دما، فشار، دانسیته و ویسکوزیته سیال وابسته است. با توجه به وابستگی سرعت صوت به پارامترهای ترمودینامیکی مختلف سیالات و سهولت دستیابی به این پارامتر به خصوص در شرایط ترمودینامیکی بحرانی اندازه‌گیری این پارامتر از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. در این مطالعه یک روش اندازه‌گیری سرعت صوت با فرکانس پایین ارائه شده است. اساس کار این روش بر مبنای روش اندازه‌گیری صوت به کمک پالس– اکو می‌باشد. در این پژوهش سیستم تولید پالس به کمک یک ژنراتور پالس کاملا بومی و قابل برنامه‌نویسی کار می‌کند. به‌علاوه به منظور اطمینان از انرژی کافی پالس به منظور عبور از فضای نمونه، پالس تولید شده توسط یک مدار تقویت کننده، تقویت می‌شود. از سوی دیگر به دلیل تضعیف پالس‌های دریافتی در سوی دیگر سلول نمونه، پالس دریافتی طی سه مرحله تقویت می‌شود. به منظور اطمینان از عملکرد مناسب دستگاه ساخته شده، سرعت صوت در مایعاتی شامل آب، نرمال هگزان، نرمال هپتان در محدوده دمایی15/303 تا 15/333 کلوین و در فشار اتمسفریک اندازه‌گیری و سپس مقادیر اندازه‌گیری شده با مقادیر ارائه شده در مراجع مقایسه شد. درصد خطای نسبی مشاهده شده در محدوده 1/1 - % و 74/2% قرار گرفت.
