اصول و کاربرد پایش سلامت سازه ها
اساساً تمامی سازهها و قطعات صنعتی در طول کارکرد خود باید در محدودة مورد نظر طراح باشند. این در حالی است که گاهی عوامل محیطی و مخرب موجود میتواند آثار مخربی بر عمر و سلامت سازه یا قطعة مورد نظر داشته باشند. از نتایج برخی از این آثار مخرب میتوان به جوانهزنی و رشد ترک در سازه اشاره کرد که در صورت بارگذاری و شرایط محیطی مخرب میتواند به واماندگی کامل سازه بیانجامد. چنانچه این معایب پس از رخداد پدیدار شوند، هزینهای سنگین و گاه جبرانناپذیر برجای خواهند گذاشت. بههمین منظور، برای پیشبینی و جلوگیری از رخداد این معایب، سامانههای پایش سلامت سازه استفاده میشوند. در این مقاله کلیات، اصول و روشهای پایش سلامت سازهها به اختصار تشریح میشود و کاربردهای این فن به اجمال مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد.

نشر آوایی در مطالعات و بررسیهای خوردگی
روش نشر آوایی در بررسی عیوب در حال پیشرفت در مواد و قطعات اهمیت بسیاری دارد. این روش توانایی بررسی رشد ترک، تغییر شکل پلاستیک و دیگر تغییراتی که سبب ایجاد امواج فراصوتی میشوند، مانند خوردگی فلزات و شکست فیلمهای پسیو[i]، را دارد. همچنین در کاربردهای صنعتی برای بازرسی قطعات در حال کار و سرویس برای رشد ترک، خستگی و خوردگی بهکار میرود. برای استفادة کاربردی از این روش در خوردگی قطعات صنعتی، لازم است تا بهصورت آزمایشگاهی انواع گوناگون خوردگی در مواد مختلف مورد بررسی و کالیبراسیون قرار گیرد. از سال 1978 م، دربارة انواع گوناگون خوردگی مطالعاتی بهصورت آزمایشگاهی آغاز شده است. در این مطالعات با ارتباط پارامترهای مختلف فیزیکی این روش مانند زمان ادامه، دامنه و شمارش سیگنال نشر آوایی به بررسی خوردگی مواد پرداخته میشود. خوردگی تحت تنش، خوردگی حفرهای و شیاری از انواع خوردگی مورد مطالعهاند که چکیدهای از مطالعات انجامشده برای روشنشدن چگونگی تخمین خوردگی با این روش و دیگر مزایای این روش در مکانیابی خوردگی در این مقاله بررسی شده است. بررسی تحقیقات انجام شده در زمینه طراحی سیستم دیسک و پره
سیستم دیسک و پره نوعی سیستم دینامیکی قوی است که ارتعاشات زیادی را تحمل میکند. این سیستم در مجموعههای گوناگونی چون پمپها، فنها، موتورهای جت و هواپیما، کشتی و توربینهای گاز و بخار کاربردهای فراوانی دارد. در این مقاله تاریخچة مدلسازی، شبیهسازی و تحلیل ارتعاشات سیستم دیسک و پره با تأکید بر پیشرفتهای انجامشده در دهة گذشته، که سبب پیشبینی بهتر و درک ماکزیمم پاسخ سیستم دیسک و پره نامیزان میشود، بررسی شده است. برای این منظور نخست دربارة ارتعاشات سیستمهای میزان و نامیزان بحث و چندین مدل استفادهشده در مطالعات پیشین ذکر شده است. در ادامه، ماکزیمم ضرایب بهدست آمده برای سیستمهای نامیزان آوردهشده و روشهای کاهش ماکزیمم پاسخ بیان شده است. در نهایت مشکلات و محدودیتهای طراحی این سیستمها در صنعت بررسی شده است. نتایج حاصل حاکی است که پاسخ ارتعاشی سیستم به وجود نامیزانی حساس است و با تغییر اندک خصوصیات هر پره، ماکزیمم پاسخ به میزان قابل توجهی افزایش مییابد. همچنین استفاده از راهبرد نامیزانی عمدی، تغییر آرایش چیدمان پرهها، استفاده از پیزوالکتریک و دمپر اصطکاکی برای کاهش ماکزیمم پاسخ سیستم مناسب است. کارکرد در محیط با دمای بالا، تنش بالا و ارتعاش قسمتهای گوناگون از عوامل مهم شکست پرههای سیستم بهشمار میرود که در طراحی اینگونه سیستمها باید مد نظر قرار گیرند.

بررسی تجربی اثر سرعت برشی بر ارتعاش چتر در فرایند داخل تراشی
وقتی ماشینکاری قطعات مکانیکی با دقت بالا انجام میشود، باید از ارتعاشات خودتحریک چتـر کاملاً اجتناب شود؛ زیرا این نوع حرکت ارتعاشی باعث بی کیفیتی سطح و خطاهای ابعادی غیرقابل قبول میشود. بهطور معمول پدیدة ارتعاش ناپایدار زمانی بهوجود میآید که بهطور کلی سختی سیستم ماشینکاری کم باشد. این پدیده بیشتر در فرایند داخلتراشی با ابزار باریک و بلند رخ میدهد. در این مقاله، اثر برخی از پارامترهای مؤثر بر فرایند داخلتراشی بهصورت آزمایشگاهی روی یک ماشین تراش به کمک شتاب سنج های نصبشده روی ابزار برش مطالعه شده است. سپس سیگنالهای شتابسنج در حوزة زمان و طیف فرکانسی آنها بررسی شده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که سرعت برشی مهمترین پارامتری است که میتواند عملیات برشکاری را با محدودیت مواجه کند.

کاهش ارتعاشات خودتحریک در فرآیند میکروفرزکاری با استفاده از جاذبهای ارتعاشی
در این مقاله به مسئلة فرونشاندن ارتعاشات خودتحریک در فرایند میکروفرزکاری بهمنظور دستیابی به دقت بیشتر، کیفیت سطح بهتر و نرخ برداشت ماده بالاتر پرداخته شده است. فرایند میکروفرزکاری بهصورت سیستمی دو درجه آزادی مدل شده و آثار خروج از مرکز ابزار برش نیز در نظر گرفته شده است. بهمنظور افزایش پایداری سیستم در عمق برش بیشتر و در نتیجه نرخ برداشت مادة بالاتر، جاذبهای ارتعاشی خطی و غیرخطی طراحی شدهاند و مقادیر پارامترهای آنها توسط یک الگوریتم توسعهیافته بهینه شده است. تأثیر این جاذبها بر پاسخ زمانی سیستم و ناحیة پایداری آن بررسی و نشان داده شده است که ارتعاشات سیستم بهمیزان قابل توجهی کاهش یافته و ناحیة پایداری نیز بهطور محسوسی گسترش یافته است. در نهایت عملکرد انواع جاذبهای ارتعاشی با یکدیگر مقایسه و بهترین نوع آن مشخص شده است.

عیب یابی بلبرینگ توسط آنالیز سیگنال های ارتعاشی
طی دهة گذشته، پژوهشهای گستردهای در زمینة تشخیص عیوب انجام شده است. پژوهشگران در رشتههایی چون پزشکی، مهندسی، علوم تجربی، تجارت و اقتصاد، روشهای متنوعی را برای تشخیص عیب (خرابی) یا شرایط غیرعادی، شناسایی دقیق یا جداسازی اجزای معیوب و تصمیمگیری دربارة اثر بالقوه اجزای خراب یا در حال خرابی ایجاد کردهاند. استفاده از روشهای نوین نگهداری و تعمیرات نظیر برنامههای پایش وضعیت با روش آنالیز ارتعاشات اطلاعات گستردهای در مورد عملکرد ماشینآلات در اختیار مهندسان قرار میدهد که آنها را در برنامهریزی، هدایت، کنترل و بهینهسازی یاری میدهد. در این مقاله، روشی مطمئن مبتنی بر تحلیل سیگنال ارتعاشی برای عیبیابی بلبرینگ ارائه شده است. بلبرینگ مورد بررسی، بلبرینگ آلترناتور تراکتور مسی فرگوسن 285 میباشد. برای این منظور، سیگنالهای ارتعاشی در حوزة زمان از بلبرینگ، در دو حالت سالم و معیوب (عیب ساچمه) گرفته و بسامدهای اصلی بر طیف ارتعاشی حالت سالم و معیوب مشخص شد. دامنة ارتعاشی بسامدهای اصلی در حالت معیوب بهدلیل وجود خرابی در بلبرینگ نسبت به حالت سالم افزایش یافته است. با این افزایش دامنه میتوان معیوببودن بلبرینگ را نتیجه گرفت.

امواج فراصوتی روشی نوین در استخراج ترکیبهای گیاهی
امروزه از عصارههای گیاهی بهطور گستردهای در صنایع دارویی، غذایی و بهداشتی استفاده میشود. نیاز مداوم جامعة بشری به استخراج ترکیبات مؤثر گیاهی سبب انجام پژوهشهای گستردهای در زمینة معرفی فرایند استخراجی کارآمدتر و اقتصادیتر شده است. برای استخراج ترکیبات فعال گیاهی روشهای عصارهگیری متنوعی وجود دارد. روشهای سنتی استخراج نظیر روش خیساندن و سوکسله به صرف زمان طولانی و مقدار حلال زیاد نیاز دارند، همچنین از لحاظ دمایی ایمن نبوده و سبب تجزیة تعدادی از ترکیبات میشوند. بههمین دلیل تقاضای زیاد برای روشهای عصارهگیری جدید با زمان کوتاهتر، میزان مصرف حلال کمتر و محافظ محیط زیست وجود دارد. در این مقاله به معرفی بیشتر فراصوت بهعنوان یکی از روشهای نوین در استخراج ترکیبات طبیعی گیاهان پرداخته میشود که نسبت به روشهای متداول، کارایی بالاتر، کاهش زمان عصارهگیری و مصرف حلال را بهدنبال داشته است.

مروری بر کنترل ارتعاشات سازههای دریایی
امروزه با افزایش میزان استفاده از سوختهای فسیلی و محدودبودن این انرژی در خشکی، نیاز به استخراج از بستر دریا روزبهروز افزایش یافته و موجب توسعه و رشد قابل توجه سازههای فراساحلی شده است. این سازهها معمولاً در معرض ارتعاشات ناشی از بارهای محیطیاند که سبب کاهش عمر خستگی آنها میشود. رویکرد نوین در طراحی سازهها، استفاده از سازوکارهای کنترل بهمنظور کاهش اثر بارهای محیطی بر آنهاست که بهتدریج در کنار روشهای سنتی - که صرفاً مبتنی بر افزایش مقاومت سازهها بودهاند - مطرح میگردد. عملکرد وسائل اتلاف انرژی تقریباً مشابه هم است و همگی انرژی جنبشی را به گرما تبدیل میکنند. در این مقاله، نخست به معرفی انواع میرایی، سازوکار کنترل و میراگر و معادلات حاکم بر آنها پرداخته شده است. سپس روشهای کنترل بهصورت تفصیلی بیان شده و براساس نوع کنترل غیرفعال و فعال در سکوهای ثابت و شناور پژوهشهای انجامشده مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در انتها دو مطالعة موردی که به مقایسة سیستمهای کنترل غیرفعال در سکویهای فراساحلی پرداختهاند، بررسی شده است.

مروری بر استاندارهای ارتعاش در ساختمان ها
از جمله عوامل زیانآور فیزیکی محیط کار، ارتعاشات منتقله از محیط است. این عامل زیانآور در زمرة عواملی اسـت که از نظر صدمات وارده به انسان، سازه و محیط از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است. در این مقاله استانداردهای مرتبط با ارتعاش در ساختمانها مرور و بررسی شده است. این استانداردهای به دو دستة استانداردهای مرتبط با آسیب در ساختمانها و استانداردهای مرتبط با راحتی ساکنان تقسیم میشوند. استانداردهای مرتبط با ارتعاش در ساختمان، ارتعاش ناشی از منابعی چون انفجار معادن، شمعکوبی در سایتهای ساختمانسازی، ارتعاشات ناشی از ترافیک جادهای و ریلی، تجهیزات ساختمانسازی و ادوات و ماشینآلات صنعتی را پوشش میدهند و ارتعاشات ناشی از زلزله و دیگر حوادث طبیعی را دربر نمیگیرند.
